Standard Shipping

Orders under €99.00 - Standard shipping fee: €20.00

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day from our warehouse located in Tallinn, Estonia. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

Standard delivery time to all European countries is 2-3 business days after order processing. All shipments are handled by DHL, ensuring reliable and timely delivery.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Customs clearance procedures (for non-EU countries)
  • Local carrier performance
  • Public holidays in the destination country
  • Weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances

All orders are shipped via DHL Express or DHL Parcel services, depending on the destination and package size. You will receive DHL tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's journey and estimated delivery date.

7. Customs and Import Duties

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These fees are determined by the destination country and are separate from our shipping charges.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs procedures.

8. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@arabicaeuphoria.eu.

9. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@arabicaeuphoria.eu with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a full refund.

10. Business Days

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Estonia. Orders placed on Friday after business hours will be processed on the following Monday.
