Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

Important Notice

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by sending a clear statement to support@arabicaeuphoria.eu. You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but it is not obligatory.

2. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and protective materials intact
  • Including all accessories, manuals, and documentation that came with the product
  • Not damaged, modified, or tampered with

3. Products Excluded from Return

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
  • Products that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer
  • Products that deteriorate or expire rapidly (such as opened coffee beans)

4. Return Process

4.1 Requesting a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at support@arabicaeuphoria.eu with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package
  5. Send the package to our return address (provided upon request)

4.2 Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the product is defective or we have made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

5. Refund Process

5.1 Inspection

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. This process typically takes 2-3 business days.

5.2 Refund Timeline

If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 14 business days after receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5.3 Refund Amount

You will receive a full refund of the product price. However:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or we made an error
  • If you return an item that was eligible for free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund
  • We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Contact us immediately at support@arabicaeuphoria.eu with photos of the damage or defect
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you
  • We will cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged items

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  3. Contact your bank, as there may be a processing delay
  4. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@arabicaeuphoria.eu

8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order for the item you want.

9. Return Address

The return address will be provided when you contact us to initiate a return. Please do not send returns to our business address without prior authorization.
